Pros

Experience to put on resume

Cons

Horrible benefits. Dental capped at $1500 per year. That's all they will pay. Dental work is expensive, so $1500 is nothing. I already reached that cap after a few visits. Medical has high deductibles before the plan pay anything, I accumulated over $1000 out of pocket before plan kicks in an pays anything. The job does not pay well and you are overworked. Overworked to the point of feeling like you are going to pass out. Overworked to the point of not taking breaks and lunches your first 6 months. The environment is toxic, coworkers are "cordial" when you first there. After about a week the true colors show, and people are nasty a rude for no apparent reason. People lie, spread rumors, harass and degrade you and you have no idea why. Everyone is just miserable and nasty. Down to the managers, supervisors and team leads. Its a very stressful environment workwise and to have to deal with toxic coworkers, its a zoo. There is no work life balance, i literally feel like I'm in jail. When i get home/ am off, i have no energy to do anything else but sleep.
