Never knew how much a company DOES NOT care about employees... - Family Medicine Physician UNC Health Employee Review

UNC Health upper management. I've never been so disgusted by a company I've worked for than I have for UNC Health. They have shown complete disregard for their employees and how their decisions affect someones life. They love to throw around the word "care" and "appreciation" but those are 2 things you will never see at this company. My suggestion is that if you're wanting or looking to work for them, go elsewhere...Duke if proximity is a requirement.
