Pros

Being able to make amazing colleague friends is amazing. Many supervisors typically understand work can be put on hold if you have an emergency. It is a very nice place to work in terms of being clean and being pretty professional

Cons

The pay I currently am being paid 13.25 I'm sorry in what world does an admin associate is being paid 13.25? That's me does not make any sense in this completely unacceptable. Some of the supervisors can be a bit harsh and can sometimes make you do things that you're not fully comfortable with. The transition between contractor and full-time employee some supervisors will say that they are trying to get you into a full-time employee status however take it from me I've been working for 6 years and unfortunately I'm still a contractor and I don't make enough to be able to have benefits.
