They will continue to push you to see more patients even when you are meeting goals. Management is cryptic about what is expected in terms of your productivity. I was told I needed to see 20% more patients and when I pushed them to run the numbers in front of me, I was told by the tech people that I can actually decrease the amount of patient slots that I have. You have to advocate for yourself or else they will run you into the ground. They are also now throwing patients from other practices/providers on your schedule and so consistency for patient care is not valued like it used to be.
