      I am allowed to work independently, and enjoy working side by side with business owners and chain store executives.

      Cons

      Minimal support from senior leadership. Open hostility towards non-conservative political viewpoints.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
