Pros
Decent benefits, fairly competitive wages... IT Management is fairly consistent and into progress albeit slowly. Shifting of customer and market outlook. Wayne Sales seems to be on the level and have a real grasp of what we needs to be done and may turn it around finally.
Cons
Gutting itself at the customer facing level to pay for executive salaries and perks. Its been overrun by a bloated bureaucratic system of upper management that is out to save its salaries, while sacrificing experience at middle management. Need to reverse this trend soon.
