Pros
The people who have survived the recent layoffs are a wealth of knowledge. Generally if people are still employed they are hard working. Everyone is very respectful as well.
Cons
It seems like the company is being pulled in a million directions all in the interest of making short term goals at the expense of long term stability. The employees need stability just as much as the customers do.
