Don't work here - horrible morale - Category Merchandiser UNFI Employee Review

The management, the leadership, the lack of work-life balance are all terrible. This place is toxic. I've been there 9 years and they dump more and more on their people while no compensation or promotions when they say they've submitted them and then lied about it. People keep leaving because the management is so terrible. Do not work at the Northern Region office as a Merchandiser!
