Pros
There are some very good people on the front line that work extremely hard.
Cons
Front line pay is way below market average, there is absolutely no training department or trainers anywhere within the company which means no structured on boarding. They are in the stone ages as it relates to technology....if its not done on a DOS program its done in excel. Employee engagement is a phrase never spoken. If they believe that you are a good performer they will look the other way on policy violations.
