Pros

The pay was decent at 18.45$ an hour. It's not worth the money they pay though, due to how they treat employees and the complete inconsistency. To make one thing clear I never write reviews, but my experience here was so dreadful I want to help people steer away from pursuing this occupation.

Cons

The amount of work you put on your body is enormous. They work off of a seniority first basis which really screws new guys over on the daily. The schedule is constantly changing, so don't plan anything for your "set off days". You will not get a weekend off until at least 10 years in. There is no growth in the company. You will be order selecting for the 30+ years you work. Which is going to ruin your body. I really can't think of much positive to say.
