      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Constant change in direction. Leadership lacks bringing in fresh leaders to bring innovation and new ideas to the business. Most the leaders have been around in the same business for 20-30+ years and very little diversity in the leadership demographic.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
