Pros
Great experience as I was promoted twice in 5 years. The people I worked with were great and made work enjoyable
Cons
Poorly managed, the leaders are all in-the-box white males that have no innovative thinking or even a clearly defined vision for that matter. We were constantly changing course and making last minute, hurried decision. The long-term strategic planning was non-existent.
