      Pros

      The people at UNFI are very nice and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Constant threat of layoffs, and the only recognition is a stupid Mr. Pickles, stuff animal that you keep for 3 months, then they recycle it to the next loser.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
