Hard Work Environment... Unwilling to Adapt to Adapt to Change - Department Specialist I UNFI Employee Review

- I was hired during a transition period in Minnesota while SuperValu, (Where this chain was based) was being sold to a bigger, healthier chain (now fully transitioned) company we know as UNFI, so, what was hard, was that the people in my department knew what they were (kind of doing) but, coming in, as a BRAND-NEWcomer, everything was different, because something I may have learned as a Supervalu policy would have changed two days later as UNFi would have something a comptely different way.
