Pros
After 25 years of jobs in a lot of other companies, UNFI is simply the best company I have experienced. Most departments behave with Integrity. The work/life balance, benefits and rewards are there for all honest, hard-working employees.
Cons
Need more frequent town hall meetings to keep everyone up to date with changes. A greater need for inter-department/inter-DC communication. Larger 401(k) match.
