      Pros

      Lots of opportunity and low hanging fruit. Old systems and processes, ripe for updating.

      Cons

      Stuck in old culture. There is talk about the need to question the past, but not really encouraged. Constant state of fire-drill.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
