      Pros

      Exciting, challenging with great pay and wonderful colleagues. If you embrace change and with all it brings, you'll fit in well.

      Cons

      Shrinking margins have forced org to significantly reduce staff and cut costs at every corner. Unfortunately, this results in less productivity, creativity and growth for all. Not a great strategy to hang your hat on.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
