      Environment is fast passed, however people are great to work with. There are opportunities to advance.

      Last few years have been taxing. Company did not back file positions when associates left causing extra work load and stress.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
