      Pros

      Stable company. They are changing some departments around so I think it will be better organized in the near future.

      Cons

      Some departments are overworked and the lower managers that have been around too long need to learn some skill so they can motivate their staff and make it a positive environment.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
