Constant downsizing of staff/distribution of increasing work to remaining staff is exhausting - management indifferent. Salaries frozen since 08 recession (even a 2% annual 'increase' is a joke). Job titles changed to avoid bonus payout to workers/ Bonus money still funneled to high paid Directors/Execs. 401k taken away to add more stress. If concerns voiced, told to get another job if you don't like it.
