      Well it was a cool laid back environment until the roll out of the new handbook.they used to care

      Micro managing became unbearable. They watch closely in hopes for error.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
