Pros

Made a little more than minimum wage

Cons

This company is the most unethical company i’ve ever worked for. Supervisors are only friendly if you suck up to them. Was promised a bonus at hiring, then was told a couple months later that I need to pick at 100% efficiency or higher. As a teenager who’s in good shape, this expectation was absolutely impossible to reach. You’d need to ditch the rules and do the job improperly just to get close. Longest shift of my life was while working here, 22 hrs and had to be back 3 hrs later to work another shift. Calling out would run the risk of getting fired. Supervisors did not care about you as a person, just how many pallets you made that day. After all this, they give you $17.50 an hour! Saw multiple accidents that caused lifelong disabilities. They claim to be all about donating food and being eco friendly- I watched them pour hundreds of gallons of soups and other liquids that were weeks away from going bad right into the sewage drain. This company needs to be shut down, or at least completely revamped. The only thing they possibly care about is money, money, money. Don’t be fooled into thinking they care about you.
