Pros
This company has some good things like Remote work that is available to everyone as well weekly pay to hourly employees. They're also desperate for employees so new employees likely have some leverage to get a few more dollars out of them when they get hired. I mean in the twin cities offices they're are down 100s of people.
Cons
This is a company that could be good, but when you combine Poor wages that can no longer provide enough for a 1 bedroom apartment in the twin cities area on a single income, expensive health insurance that raises 20-60% year over year and 2-3% raises without dealing with the fact that inflation is over 7%, it doesn't matter how good the coworkers are. This is a company that delivers food around the country, but doesn't pay people enough to eat. Their slogan is do the right thing, when in reality it's do the cheapest thing, which is why they are in a hiring crunch because people are leaving in droves and they have no incentive to keep the employees they have.
