Could be a great place - Truck Driver UNFI Employee Review

I spent 3+ years as a driver at the Lancaster, TX D.C. It's almost unbelievable how a company can grow as large as UNFI with the management they have, especially in Lancaster. I have many years in transport management and felt that I could have made a difference, if nothing more than employee morale. Certainly, 98% of the people on staff in transportation would be gone tomorrow for a lateral exchange. Working environment is very institutionalized. It has an extremely cold feel about it.
