      The people working in this company are supportive of each other, and at the same time they are self-starters. There are multiple options and opportunities for advancement.

      There is a definite need to be flexible and think on your toes, which if you're not a particularly organized person can be problematic.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
