      Have a lot of responsibility and given a lot of freedom

      Cons

      Pay is the worst I’ve ever seen. Will likely not hire you without a degree but will pay you as if you do not have one. Very understaffed because of this and will b expected to pick up slack

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
