Pros
There is lots of overtime, so if you're looking for a way to make money and need extra days this is the place. Also, the incentives are nice! Depending on what your rate looks like, you can end up making as much as 5 to 7 dollars an hour added onto your check! Holidays are a free 10 hours and if you work that day its 1.5x. They also have a warehouse to truck driver program and if you're chosen they will pay for your CDL.
Cons
Mandatory overtimes is a big thing here, and the majority of the time you have no idea when you're actually off. When hiring on, the schedule is 4x10's. After that, you stay until you're done, and that can be a 14 hour day at times. Also, the vacation and paid time off are the same thing, and they will use your CA sick time with your PTO.
