      Pros

      The pay is good if you’re willing to do the work of two or three people to get it. Minimal supervision. Health benefits. If you’re a workaholic it’s the job for you.

      Cons

      The hours are unpredictable. Little to no support from management, they say the right things but don’t back it up. The expectation is to do the work of 2 or 3 people.
