      100% work from home is great

      Cons

      No matter how hard you work raises are capped at 3.5% per year. They’ve had open positions for months because the job doesn’t pay enough for the stress you endure. Buyer Assistants do not want to be promoted. Lowest buyer pay in the area. No help covering for open positions or co-workers on PTO.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
