      Cool employees. Other teenagers working with you. Local, small, not too busy.

      Cons

      Only a 5% employee discount, Boring not much to do. Stand for long periods of time. Drains your energy. Very bossy customers.

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
