      Pros

      Once you make union, solid pay increase and lots of choice over how much overtime you want/don’t want. 10 hour shifts and 3 days off is also nice.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely atrocious, work is repetitive and not rewarding, typical union shop where 10% of the employees do 90% of the work
