      Pros

      I work with a great team. People are very nice here and always willing to help. There are a lot of employees here that have been with the company for a very long time, they know their stuff.

      Cons

      Annual reviews should be done differently. It is very general and upper management is making decision based on a two sentence review. I think department management should be more involved in the annual review process.
