      generally pretty chill, decent people to work with

      poor communication, random overtime and dont find out until you are walking out at the end of the day

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
