Pros
Can make good money, but they work you like a slave !!!
Cons
You have to get a percentage for everything you do and they cheat to make you work harder! You have to get a 95% out of 100% weekly. When you’re picking you might get a 115% percent let’s say, but they take time from you and you end up with 96% for week. Every job in the warehouse is tampered with. They use the people who work the hardest by tampering with their percent to get as much work as they can from that person. The people haven’t gotten a raise in years.
