      Respectful and open environment that was busy all the time. It felt like meaningful work and had a very flexible PTO policy as well.

      It's difficult to state any cons. I can't think of any.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
