      Fully Remote - wfh since 2021.

      Cons

      The systems are always changing. Desk responsibilities are always changing. Metrics are not in your favor. Held on to our annual salaries to "hold the bottom line" for our investors. Moral is low and managment has no control. Emails and system errors. Disconnect with all other pillars.
