      Depending on department may be difficult to advance. Unhappy with major leadership changes in recent years. Individuals and departments held less accountable for not following policies and procedures, No merit increases company wide in 2023

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
