      CEO decided that nobody should receive merit increases for at least a year. This is revolting. He makes tons of money, while so many of us are barely scraping by in this difficult economy

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
