Pros
Office and surrounding area very scenic; great people to work with, and very talented developers.
Cons
Disconnect between how management and developers communicate - non-technical managers often hand down projects/deadlines that are contradictory to feedback/estimates delivered by development teams. The attitude towards IT projects has been stuck under a "quickest, cheapest" mentality for a long time, though this is fortunately changing. There is a mountain of code debt that has been accumulating for years, to the point development on new projects is often stalled by forgotten business logic and back-end service caveats. Few perks for employees - on-site cafeteria, but bring your own k-cups since you can't even expect free coffee here. Employee on-boarding process through HR left out a lot of information, and any questions on HR processes have to be answered via 800-number.
