      remote work, and laid back environment

      Cons

      laid back environment as in no one really cares about solving problems leave it up to the next guy type mentality. Management knows the problems just have no power or incentive to fix. Organized chaos, no pay increases but yet enough money to have conventions, golf tournaments, upgrade facilities. Constant overseas outsourcing
