Pros
Average insurance benefit package. Core of knowledgeable workers that handle day to day operations. Decent customer base to work with.
Cons
Poor pay, wage freeze to many times. If you got a raise it never offset insurance increase. Discontinued to many benefits; pension, vacation plan, sick day plan, 401k match decreased or suspended, bonus discontinued to many times. Inconsistent vision of jobs. Field jobs converted completely from a retail counciling prospective to strictly a vendor salesman and a work mule being asked to work to many 12 hour days.
