Pros
The only thing I can point out is that many employees in sales can work remotely. Working for UNFI gives you good experience as a stepping stone to a better career somewhere else.
Cons
Very little support from management.the pay is below in comparison to other companies. Health benefits have got worse over the years. Co pays keep going higher. Management sends out surveys to employees, however, the company does not listen to or try and fix some of the issues that folks bring up in the surveys. The transportation dept and is run awful, too many complaints from customers about late deliveries and nothing EVER get fixed.
