Pros
If you're in the upper echelons of management, it's a great place to work because of the good ol' boys network. You're set if you're one of the VP's and up. Nice bonuses you'll get to make but don't expect to see any of that if you're in middle management and down. You will always hear a rosy picture until you dig down into the financial details and health of the company. Ever quarter you'll hear they're turning it around only to be disappointed and more layoffs take place especially after busy season which is October timeframe. By January you'll be looking for a new job unless you're their golden boy.
Cons
Very dysfunctional and big on being a body shop. No direction and ran into a lot of people in leadership positions who have no idea how to run a division or group. Always laying people off after busy season and constant recycling. New people come in excited to work there only to be disappointed. The place is losing money, constant turnover, constant reorgs, not professional, and full of cronies. What's with all the people there dressed like slobs? Rarely do I see people dressed professionally there unless you're in leadership position. Wow, do I sound bitter! Am glad I'm out of there and is like night and day.
