Pros

There are some wonderful people working there. I have made some true friendships.

Cons

The micromanaging is horrible (I thought we were all adults). You have to be willing to kiss your managers rear to get promoted or to be on the "in". The stress of having to always bill bill bill is awful especially when you don'thave any control over it. The cubes are really smaill and close so you can't have a personal conversation without anyone else knowing. The commute to the new building is horrible-you aren't allowed to telecommute (I thought we we had entered into the 21st century)-if they (mgmt) can't see you then you must not be working. And finally Management is not honest with its employees-they tell us one thing and then do the total opposite or the numbers are always different.

Pros

This is a great place to work. They value work life balance as much as they can. With the travel involved they are good to take care of their people that are on the road and recognize the need for family first. They do provide a 401K match up to 6%. They do provide decent medical benefits. They allow you to carry your max vacation over to the next year.

Cons

I do not have any cons to share at this time.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Terrible sales manager, who refuses to help most reps and will deliberately let bids fall through the cracks. A spiteful work environment. Using old, out of date tools and a severe lack of training. No 401k, and medical coverage is poor.
