A recruiter reached out to me, she thought I would be a good fit for a customer service representation position in the procurement department of American Electric Power. Up until that point of being hired, it was my highest paying job.
Cons
The contract position can go as long as they would like, what hopes do you have of ever being hired on. Or you could be let go at any point because you're just a contract worker.
Small company. Been around over 29 years. I really liked my contact after I was hired. She was knowledgeable and would go extra mile to help me. Her name began with a M I think.
Cons
Takes forever to get back to you. HR is a joke. Little hope for advancement.
