UNICON is a company built on a vision of people first when it comes to a successful recruitment strategy service to it's clients. This goes way beyond the obvious interactions to the building and expanding of a family that shares common goals. UNICON is a minority company founded by Ms. Jane Lee, who wanted to create a different paradigm and model of shared objectives and personal investment in values, driven by self-managed implementation of her principles. It's a great place to work, and work for.
Cons
There is little here for me to add other some fundamental perceptions that I've emphasized over my career in business, mostly before UNICON. Ongoing bi-directional communication is critical to further business ideas, improvements and growth. Partnering for mutual success allows shared understanding and accommodation of issues that inhibit efficiencies. These points can always be more driven and championed, regardless of the Company.
