I have been at Unissant for over a year. The company is transitioning out of small business status and there have been some growing pains, as new procedures are being mandated. It is necessary in order to function as a larger company, but it is a difficult culture shift for some. I like the new structures being put in place, I think the people here are great, and I think the company is poised to really be something great as we grow. I hope to stay and participate in the growth and transition for a long time.
