Pros

Unissant truly cares about their employees. They welcome feedback and often implement great suggestions. The executive team is ALWAYS readily available to support senior management to entry-level team members all the same. The excecutive team has even offered to help in the evenings and weekends when team members are experiencing any issues while on business travel. I love working for Unissant and look forward to continue working with the company as it continues to grow.

Cons

No major con, but slight negative is Unissant does not offer tuition reimbursement at this time. I believe as the company grows, that may be something they consider. I must say they are quick to fund fund/reimburse for any required training or certifications.
