Flexible hours, ok PTO, they pay for some classes that are not too expensive
Cons
STD benefit is a joke. The maximum pay is $700 per week. Not even a full 60% of your pay. They don't have parental leave. So if you are pregnant and want support, you may need to look for a new job. You will only get $700 for 6 weeks. I don't think they truly care about supporting women in the workplace.
