Pros
Great discount great stepping stone into sales and commissions friendly atmosphere flexible with your schedule. They do make you feel welcomed.
Cons
Horrible management, no clear direction into where they are heading with the company. Corporate doesn't make the retail stores a priority and they don't create the iconic pieces they were once know for. Can we say favoritism overrated.
